Connect Hospitable to Offer2Stay in one click

Offer2Stay is a UK booking platform: guests book your home at your price, make you an offer, or post what they need for you to answer. Connect Hospitable once and your properties, calendar, prices and minimum stays come across and stay up to date.

Free to list. 10% only when you get a booking. No guest fees. Works alongside Airbnb and Booking.com.

Set it up

  1. Create a free Offer2Stay host accountUse the button above, or sign in if you already have an account.
  2. Open Integrations and pick HospitableIn your host dashboard go to Integrations and choose Hospitable.
  3. Press Connect with Hospitable and approveSign in to Hospitable and approve the access. Hospitable sends you straight back to Offer2Stay.
  4. Import your propertiesPress Import & match properties. Properties already on Offer2Stay are linked; the rest are built from your Hospitable photos, details and prices. Every listing is checked before it goes live, and anything missing is sent back to you to finish.
  5. Set up payoutsGo to Host > Payouts and connect Stripe so you can be paid. Stripe checks your identity and bank details before your first payout.

Hospitable is in charge: its prices and minimum stays replace any you set on Offer2Stay for the synced dates. Auto Offer is switched on for each listing, so when a guest posts a request for dates you have free, they get an offer at your Hospitable price. You can switch it off at any time under Host > Auto Offer.

Bookings: one step for you, for now.

Offer2Stay bookings do not go into Hospitable automatically yet; we are waiting on Hospitable to switch this on. As soon as you get an Offer2Stay booking (we email you every one), add it in Hospitable or block the dates there, so your other channels close. We will update this guide when it is automatic.

Questions

Do I need an API key?

No. You sign in with your Hospitable account and approve the access. There is nothing to copy or paste.

Does Offer2Stay change anything in Hospitable?

No. Offer2Stay reads your properties, calendar, prices and minimum stays. It does not change your prices, calendar or messages in Hospitable.

Do Offer2Stay bookings go into Hospitable?

Not automatically yet. As soon as you get an Offer2Stay booking (we email you every one), add it in Hospitable or block the dates there, so your other channels close. We will update this guide when bookings go into Hospitable automatically.

Can I be double-booked?

Offer2Stay reads your Hospitable calendar every 30 minutes, so dates booked on your other channels close on Offer2Stay within half an hour. The other way round is the step above: until bookings go into Hospitable automatically, block the dates in Hospitable as soon as you get an Offer2Stay booking.

Can I charge a different price on Offer2Stay?

Yes. On the Integrations page you can show your Hospitable prices a set percentage higher or lower on Offer2Stay, for every property or one at a time, and add weekly or monthly discounts.

How and when am I paid?

Guests pay Offer2Stay by card through Stripe. You are paid the booking total less our 10% commission, 24 hours after the guest checks in. Set up payouts once under Host > Payouts; Stripe checks your identity and bank details.

What does it cost?

Free to connect and list. We take 10% of the booking total, all-in, only when you get a booking. There are no guest fees.

How do I disconnect?

Host > Integrations > Hospitable > Disconnect. Your Hospitable account is untouched.
