Offer2Stay home (opens in a new tab)For UK hosts
Send us your property link.
We build your listing.
Listing on Offer2Stay is free, and you do not have to set it up. Send the link to the page you already have and we will build your listing from it. After that, matched stay enquiries come to you by email.
Guests post what they need
Dates, group size and a budget. We match it to hosts in the right area instead of showing it to everyone at once.
It arrives in your inbox
One email per matched enquiry, with the dates and the budget already on it. Nothing to check, nothing to scroll.
Reply if it fits, ignore it if it does not
No obligation to answer, no penalty for passing. You only hear from us again when a guest picks your place.
We ran the host and guest groups this all started in for five years, with more than thirty thousand members between them. Offer2Stay is what we built to end the twenty messages, the chasing and the guests who go quiet.
Works alongside Airbnb and Booking.com — this is an additional booking channel, not a replacement, and it does not touch your existing calendar until you accept something.
- 1We build your listing from your link — photos, description, the lot.
- 2You get one email when it is live, with a link to set your own password.
- 3You are notified when a guest enquiry matches your property. Send an offer on the ones you like.
We use your email to send you your listing and matched enquiries. You can unsubscribe from any of it in one click. See our privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
