Offer2Stay is a UK booking platform: guests book your home at your price, make you an offer, or post what they need for you to answer. Connect Uplisting once and Offer2Stay works like another of your channels. Your properties, prices and calendars come from Uplisting, and Offer2Stay bookings go back into Uplisting.

Uplisting is in charge: its prices and minimum stays replace any you set on Offer2Stay for the synced dates. Auto Offer is switched on for each listing, so when a guest posts a request for dates you have free, they get an offer at your Uplisting price. You can switch Auto Offer off at any time under Host > Auto Offer.
No. You sign in with your Uplisting account and approve the access. There is nothing to copy or paste.
No. Uplisting stays in charge of your prices, minimum stays and availability. The only thing Offer2Stay adds to Uplisting is a booking made on Offer2Stay, and it updates or cancels that booking if the guest changes dates or cancels.
Offer2Stay reads your Uplisting calendar every 30 minutes, so dates booked on your other channels close on Offer2Stay within half an hour. When a guest books on Offer2Stay, the booking goes into Uplisting straight away and closes your other channels. If the dates were taken in between, the booking is not added and our team contacts you.
Yes. On the Integrations page you can show your Uplisting prices a set percentage higher or lower on Offer2Stay, for every property or one at a time, and add weekly or monthly discounts.
Guests pay Offer2Stay by card through Stripe. You are paid the booking total less our 10% commission, 24 hours after the guest checks in. Set up payouts once under Host > Payouts; Stripe checks your identity and bank details.
The price you see is the price they pay. There are no guest fees.
Free to connect and list. We take 10% of the booking total, all-in, only when you get a booking.
Host > Integrations > Uplisting > Disconnect. Your Offer2Stay listings stop syncing; your Uplisting account is untouched.
