Why are Offer2Stay prices often lower than other booking sites?

Hosts pay 10% commission all-in — VAT and card processing included — against 15–18% or more elsewhere, and guests pay no service fees at all. Hosts keep more of each booking, so they can offer better prices and still come out ahead.

Can I book Bath accommodation for a work crew on weekly terms?

Yes. Choose Contractor when you post your dates and you can set Monday-to-Friday stays, weekly billing and whether the crew need their own rooms. Hosts reply with a price for exactly that, and company invoicing is available.
