• Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times. • No parties, events or loud music. Breaking this may end the stay early without a refund. • Only the guests named on the booking may stay. No extra visitors overnight without the host’s agreement. • No smoking or vaping inside. Please use the outside area and dispose of ends safely. • Please report any damage or breakages straight away. Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear. • Please lock doors and windows when you go out. The host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. • For security, there may be cameras or a video doorbell covering the outside entrances only. There are no cameras inside. • Please leave the property in a reasonable state. An extra cleaning charge may apply if it is left excessively dirty. • Check out by the time shown on your booking: load the dishwasher, take rubbish to the bins and leave the keys as instructed. Late check-out may be charged. • Lost keys or fobs, or a lock-out call-out, will be charged at cost.
