<p>Welcome to our **spacious 3-bedroom home in Pound Hill, Crawley**, ideally located for easy access to Gatwick Airport, Crawley town centre and the surrounding West Sussex area.</p> <p>Offering comfortable accommodation, off-road parking, a private garden, Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace, this home is a great choice for **families, business travellers, contractors, relocation stays and longer visits** to the area.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>A spacious three-bedroom house in quiet Pound Hill, 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport and a short walk to Three Bridges station (direct trains to London Victoria in 35 minutes and Brighton in 30). Free off-road parking, private garden, fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it ideal for contractors, relocating families and anyone working in Crawley or Manor Royal. Weekly and monthly rates available.</p> <p>The space:</p> <p>Downstairs you've got a bright living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, everything you need to cook properly rather than live on takeaways) and a dining table that doubles as a work desk. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two twin rooms and one single, all with fresh hotel-quality linen, plus a family bathroom with shower over bath. Fresh towels, toiletries, tea and coffee are provided. The private rear garden has seating for the evenings.</p> <p>Guest access:</p> <p>The whole house is yours. Self check-in via key safe from 3pm, with the code sent 6 hours before arrival once pre-check-in is complete. Off-road parking for two cars on the driveway. Check-out is 10am.</p>

There are no cameras inside. • Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times. • No smoking or vaping inside. Please use the outside area and dispose of ends safely. • Hot tub: shower before use, no glass in or around it, children supervised at all times, and replace the cover after use.
