HOUSE RULES – 23 SURREY ROAD • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbours and avoid excessive noise. • No parties or events: Parties, gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited. • No smoking or vaping indoors: Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. • No shoes indoors: Please remove footwear in the entrance porch and use the shoe rack provided. • Registered guests only: The number of overnight occupants must not exceed the confirmed booking or permitted occupancy. • Respect the property: Please treat furniture, bedding, appliances and equipment with care. Report any damage immediately. • Garden access: Guests may enjoy the garden. However, the garden outhouse and separate storage unit are strictly out of bounds. • Parking: Use the designated private driveway without obstructing neighbours, pavements or access routes. • Children: Children must be supervised, especially around staircases and outdoor areas. • Cleanliness: Please leave the property reasonably clean and dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins. • Security: Always lock external doors and close windows when leaving the property. • Checkout: By 11 AM unless otherwise agreed. Secure all doors and return the keys to the designated lockbox. • Communication: Please contact us promptly if you experience any problems during your stay. Thank you for respecting our home.
