Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and positioned separately within the house. Three bedrooms are upstairs. Guest access Guests have private use of the house, including all five bedrooms, the three separate living areas, kitchen, bathroom facilities and landscaped garden. The pool table, piano, televisions, bedroom entertainment systems, Wi-Fi, workstation and washing machine are available for guest use. Private driveway parking is available for 4-6 vehicles. Additional street parking directly outside. Please keep neighbouring driveways and access routes clear. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Access to the three upstairs bedrooms is via stairs. Other things to note Ashcombe Lodge is in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and guests are asked to respect our neighbours and keep noise considerate, particularly in the evening. Pets are welcome by prior agreement.
