A Ring doorbell is installed at the exterior entrance for added security and assistance when required. Other things to note ★ A £150 security deposit is required before your stay and is fully refundable after the property has been inspected following departure. ★ Please treat our apartment with care and respect throughout your stay. If any issues arise, please let us know promptly so we can do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. ★ Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a reasonable level. ★ Before access to the property is provided, guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement, separate from the agreement with Airbnb. This agreement includes terms relating to your booking and the general care of the property during your stay. Guests are also required to verify their ID before check-in. ★ Private parking is available on the premises for your convenience. ★ To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, guests making a booking with us must be at least 21 years of age. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for everyone. ★ Key Collection: The keys can be collected from the KeyNest Hub, located just 50 metres from the apartment.
