Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10PM. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any smoking indoors may result in additional charges for deep cleaning, damage or associated costs. Noise Monitoring Noise monitoring may be in place to help protect the property and respect neighbouring residents. Excessive noise, parties or disturbances may result in further action. Stays Over 7 Nights Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Guest access We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. During check-in, you will need to: Provide your email address and estimated arrival time (ETA) Agree to our Terms & Conditions Choose one of the following: Option 1: Refundable Security Deposit – £250 Fully refunded within 5–10 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage and all house rules have been followed. Option 2: Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – £59 A one-time, non-refundable fee instead of paying the deposit. Provides accidental damage cover of up to £150 during your stay. No deposit is held, and there is no refund to wait for after check-out. Your check-in instructions will be available at 2pm on the day of check in once the online check-in has been completed.
