Strict No Smoking Indoors – £1000 Fine Smoking inside the property is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will result in a £1000 deep-cleaning and damage fee. Noise & Air Monitoring Systems Installed The property is equipped with monitoring systems that detect excessive noise and indoor smoking. Violations may result in cancellation of the stay without refund. Stays Longer Than 7 Nights Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
