Nights, weeks or months
Post the dates the job needs. Hosts price their offer for exactly that stay.
No tenancy agreement
You book a stay, not a tenancy: no letting agent, no tenancy paperwork.
Ask for a weekly or monthly rate
Say in your enquiry that it is a long job. Hosts price longer stays in their offer.
Changing dates
If the job runs on, message the host about extending; if it ends early, the host’s cancellation terms in your booking apply.

Questions crews ask
What is the longest stay I can book?
Post the dates the job needs, from a few nights to several months. Hosts with a property free for that time send their best offers.
Do I sign a tenancy agreement?
No. A booking on Offer2Stay is a stay, not a tenancy, so there is no letting agent or tenancy paperwork.
Can we extend if the job overruns?
Message the host from your booking. If the house is free, they can offer the extra nights.
What if the job finishes early?
The host’s cancellation terms are shown in your offer and booking before you pay, so you know where you stand before you commit.
Do I pay a booking fee?
No. Guests pay no booking fees on Offer2Stay. You pay the price in the offer you accept.
