One email address your team books through. Rules and approvals you set. PO numbers and cost codes on every booking, and one statement a month.
Your team emails the site postcode, dates and crew size to your own booking address. It posts the job, local hosts send their best offers, and it emails back a shortlist.
Price per person per night, total per booking, nights, distance from site and must-have amenities. Offers inside the rules can be booked straight away.
Anything outside the rules goes to your approver by email with the reason, and books only when they approve it.
Admins, approvers and bookers. Only people on your account can book through your address.
Save each site with its postcode, PO number and cost code, so "four lads for the Hexham site next week" is enough.
Each booking is paid by card before the stay and gets its own receipt. On the 1st you get one statement for the month, with PO numbers and cost codes on every line.

Inside the rules: pay and it is booked. Outside: your approver decides first.
We check the company and email you when the account is open, with your booking address and a link to set up your team and rules.
An Offer2Stay account for a firm rather than a person. Your team books through one email address, every booking follows rules you set, and you get one statement a month with PO numbers and cost codes.
Each booking is paid by card before the stay, the same secure checkout every guest uses. There are no booking fees for guests. On the 1st of each month the account gets one consolidated statement listing every booking from the month before.
Not at the moment. Each booking is paid by card before the stay, which is how every booking on Offer2Stay is confirmed.
Email it the site postcode or site name, the dates and how many people. It posts the job to hosts near the site, then emails you the offers with the price per person per night for each and whether it is inside your rules. Reply with the number you want. If it is inside the rules you get the payment link; if not, your approver is asked first.
Only the people your account admin adds. Emails from anyone else are not acted on, and emails that fail standard sender checks are passed to our team instead.
Yes. Save them against a site, or put a PO number in the email. They are carried onto the booking and the monthly statement, and you can make a PO number required.
By default the first three bookings on a new account go to an approver even if they are inside the rules, so a person sees how the booking desk works before it books on its own.
There is no fee for a trade account and no booking fees for guests. You pay the price in the offer you accept.
More for crews: van parking, self-catering, long stays.
